unboxing: BuddhiBox December 2014

BuddhiBox is a pretty new subscription box. This is actually only their second month of amazing yoga inspired monthly care packages, but so far they have really impressed me with their curation and value. They offer two subscriptions, a regular box and a mini box. This review is if their regular box!

December 2014
unboxing
Cost: Month-to-month subscriptions cost $30.95 + free U.S. S&H, with discounts available with longer commitment. I had a coupon code, so my month-to-month price is $26.95.

Every month, BuddhiBox donates a portion of their profits to a different cause. This month, they chose Eat Breathe Thrive, a nonprofit that seeks to help individuals with eating disorders and other body image issues by introducing them to yoga and other mindful activities.

My package shipped on December 10th via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day and arrived yesterday, December 12th. That's two days indeed :)!

BuddhiBox ships a box within a box, and this month that outer box was necessary since there were too many items to fit within the inner box!

I love that BuddhiBox includes an intention for the box:

"One love, one heart...
Let's get together and feel all right."

-Bob Marley

So perfect!

Just look at all these great yoga goodies! I was so excited to dig in and explore!

I love some nice, relaxing Savasana at the end of a good yoga workout! I usually just borrow the gym's eye pillows so it's great to have my own! The strap also is something I didn't have before and am glad to have now, too!

Amazing Grass Amazing Meal Dietary Supplements 24 gram single servings in Chocolate and Vanilla Chai, value $3 each = $6

I've tried these shakes before from subscription boxes and they actually taste pretty good! I'm happy that I now have this official shaker cup to make them in :).

Yummi Yogi Cookie Cutter in Warrior 3, value $8.50

Omg, I love this, I love this, I love this and now I want to buy them all!!

Handymade Happiness Loco Coco Lip Balm full size value $3

These two are listed as bonus items on the info card. I love keeping little deodorant sticks like this one in my makeup bag, just in case! I couldn't find this lip balm online, so I'm using the value BuddhiBox listed on their info card. It smells great and works great, so I will use it up!

Included in the box were all these cards: a recipe for H2O Nutrition Holiday Detox Salad, an informational card for the Sedona Yoga Festival coming up in February in Sedona, AZ, one of BuddhiBox's adorable yoga pose cards explaining Marichi's Pose, and a 15% off coupon to BuddhiBox's online store. Also included is a code good for two free live and interactive yoga classes with Muuyu, with a value of $20. I am so excited to redeem that one!

This box was so thoughtful and well put together! I love everything I received, and with a total retail value of $65.74 I got them at a really great deal! I'm so excited to see how this new and already amazing subscription will develop over the coming months.
